If all else fails, you should easily be able to find a cheap USB mouse with two buttons. and are looking at the correct screen in system preferences. If you still can't enable right-clicking, why not take a screenshot of the screen that you're trying to enable right-clicking on so that someone here can make sure you've selected the correct tab, etc. I also have the option to hold '^Control' to zoom while scrolling with my scroll wheel.
